Free Ground Shipping:

• We offer free ground shipping on all orders over $200 within the 48 contiguous United States (exceptions apply for certain remote locations). Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories may be available.
• Please contact us with your mailing address for a shipping quote.
• Note that we cannot ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses.

Flat Rate Shipping:

• For orders under $99, a flat shipping fee of $6.99 applies.

Expedited Shipping:

• For expedited shipping quotes, please contact us.

Important Note:

• Free shipping is offered on most items as a discount on your order. If an order is canceled or returned after shipping, the original shipping fee plus return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Order Shipment:

• Most in-stock orders ship within 1–3 business days.
• Once shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
• Delivery dates depend on the shipping carrier and are typically 2–5 business days after dispatch.

• Shipments are sent via FedEx, UPS, USPS, or LTL freight carriers.
• If an item is on backorder, we will notify you with the estimated restock date.

Ground Shipping:

• Shipments via FedEx, UPS, or USPS may include Saturday deliveries.
• Drivers will leave packages at a secure location; no prior scheduling or calls are made.
• Free ground shipping is unavailable to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. boxes, or military addresses.
• Refer to inspection guidelines when receiving ground-shipped items.

Freight Shipping:

• Large or heavy products ship via LTL freight on a pallet.
• Free freight shipping is offered within the 48 contiguous U.S. states.
• Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days for in-stock items.
• The freight carrier will contact you to schedule delivery. A person must be present to receive the shipment, which will be placed curbside.
• Contact us for special delivery requests or instructions.
• Review inspection guidelines for freight deliveries before accepting.

Shipping to Canada:

• Estimated shipping cost is $150 for most items via UPS/FedEx Ground. Heavier items requiring freight shipping may incur higher fees.
• Additional charges, duties, taxes, and fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
• For an exact quote, please contact us with your address.
• Some brands or products may not ship directly to Canada. In such cases, you can use a U.S. shipping address or a mail forwarding service.

Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii:

• Shipping estimates start at $300 for most items via UPS/FedEx Ground. Heavier products requiring freight shipping may incur higher fees.
• Additional fees may apply, and we will contact you after order placement to confirm costs.

Return Policy

At Sink Plaza, your satisfaction with your purchase and our service is our top priority. We strive to provide you with the perfect product in excellent condition and are here to assist with returns, exchanges, cancellations, or issues such as missing parts or damages.

Standard Returns:

Request Period:

• Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. 
• Exception: Returns for "Allstone Group" sinks must be requested within 10 days of delivery.

Buyer Responsibility:

• Return shipping and insurance costs are the buyer's responsibility.

Free Shipping Promotions:

• If the item was part of a free shipping promotion, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund or a 25% restocking fee will apply (whichever is lower). Contact us for details on original shipping charges.

Restocking Fees by Manufacturer:

• Nantucket Sinks: 15% restocking fee
• Rohl: 30% restocking fee + $200 original freight charge (Certain items may be non-cancellable and non-returnable).
• Alfi, Allstone, Blanco, Elkay, Ruvati, Whitehaus: 25% restocking fee + original shipping cost

General Return Conditions:

• An additional 5% fee applies to all returns.
• Returns require an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) provided by us.
• Items must be: New, unused, unassembled and returned in their original packaging
• Products from different manufacturers require separate return authorizations.
• Returns must be traceable and insured, with the RMA# clearly listed on the return label. Tracking information must be shared with us to process the refund.
• Color Disclaimer: Product colors may vary due to monitor and browser differences. Returns due to color discrepancies will be treated as standard returns.
• We are not responsible for damage or loss during return shipping; we recommend insuring your return.

Refund information:

• Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after the item is received and verified at the warehouse.
• Shipping charges paid are non-refundable.

Return Process:

• To initiate a return, submit a request using the "Message Us" form on the Contact Us page.

Exchanges:

• Exchanges are processed as standard returns (refer to the policy above).
• To exchange an item, place a new order for the desired product.

Cancellations:

• Cancellation requests may take up to 1 business day to confirm.
• A full refund is available only if the order has not yet been processed by the warehouse.
• Canceling backorders, confirmed orders, or processed orders will incur a 5% cancellation fee.
• If the product has already been processed by the manufacturer's warehouse, cancellations will be handled as a standard return (refer to the return policy above).
• For backordered products, cancel the order before purchasing a new sink. If the backorder is processed earlier than expected, the cancellation will also be treated as a standard return (refer to the return policy above).

Damages and Defects:

While we strive to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, damages can sometimes occur during shipping. If this happens, follow these steps to ensure a replacement is sent at no additional shipping cost, with our exceptional customer service ready to assist you:

• Follow the inspection guidelines based on the shipping method used for your order.
• Notify us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery. Prompt notification is essential for us to resolve the issue and for the warehouse to file an insurance claim with the carrier.

Important: We can only accept responsibility for damages if reported within 24-48 hours of delivery and the inspection guidelines are followed.

For products that appear undamaged but are not functioning correctly, the issue may be a manufacturer defect. These defects are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, and our customer service team will guide you through the warranty process.

Please note:

• Reimbursement is limited to the product cost and shipping fees; additional expenses (e.g., installation, disposal) cannot be covered.
• Ensure the product specifications meet your requirements before purchase, as we cannot be held responsible if they do not.

Fireclay, Handcrafted, or Hand-Finished Products:

Due to the natural and handcrafted nature of these products, minor imperfections (e.g., small bubbles, dimples, or divots) are normal and do not affect the sink’s functionality. These unique characteristics make each sink distinct, and such imperfections will not qualify for replacements or discounts.

Additionally, the underside of ceramic-based products (e.g., fireclay, granite, porcelain) may display minor surface irregularities, patches, or scratches. These areas are unfinished as they are typically concealed beneath the counter, and such features do not compromise the item’s integrity.

Incorrect Item(s):

If you receive an item that is not what you ordered, please notify us within 14 days of delivery.

Be sure to include photos of the item(s), the box, the shipping label, and the incorrect product(s). The item must remain in its original condition—new, unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging.

Please note that due to variations in monitors and browsers, product colors may appear differently on different screens. Returns based on color discrepancies will be processed as standard returns. Refer to our color disclaimer for details.

We cannot accept returns for incorrect items that have already been installed and are not responsible for any associated installation costs.

Missing Item(s):

If an item listed as delivered is not found, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will assist you in resolving the issue. However, we cannot provide refunds or replacements for orders marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, even if lost or stolen after delivery. If you would like a signature required upon delivery, please request this when placing your order.

Sink Plaza is not liable for claims of missing items reported beyond 24 hours.

Final Sales:

Final Sale items are offered at special discounts. These overstocked products will be discontinued and are not restocked once sold out. These items have no defects; they are simply excess inventory that will no longer be available in these designs.

• No Cancellations, Returns, or Exchanges: All sales are final on these items.
• Damages and Defects: If your item arrives damaged, we will replace it at no cost to you. Please review our terms and instructions for reporting damages or defects.
• Gift Cards: Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
